How does the free trial work ?
Once you sign up you have 14 days to evaluate the service. If you cancel within 14 days of signing up you won’t be charged a dime. After 12 days we will email you to remind you that your trial is about to expire. After the 14 day trial you will be charged a fee according to the plan you’ve chosen. If you forget to cancel and are charged we will refund your money so long as it is within 30 days of your first payment
Are there any partnership discounts?
Yes, members of XYPN, NAPFA, Cambridge Investment Research and the Garrett Planning Network will receive 10% off advertised pricing. Please inform us after you sign up and the discount will be applied.
Can I add my disclosures to your questionnaire?
Yes, we allow you to add your own specific disclosures throughout the service.
How does your cancellation policy work?
On our monthly plan you can cancel at any time. We do not lock you in. If you sign up for the yearly plan you have 30 days from your payment to cancel your account.
What kind of support do you offer?
As a standard we offer email support from 8am-5pm Eastern time Monday to Friday. However, we are often happy to take calls, solve issues on the weekend, or assist after 5pm Eastern. If you tell us it is urgent, we will be there.
